Self-care is essential for your overall well-being because it helps individuals recharge, reduce stress, prevent burnout, and maintain a healthy and balanced life. My personal story: Whenever I’m writing out my to-do list, somehow I always end up at the bottom. I put everything and everyone ahead of my own needs. If this sounds like you too, flip your list and put yourself on top! Don't forget, that self-care isn't one-size-fits-all and must be practiced often! Caring for your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being will cultivate your fortitude and compassion, providing you with guidance and purpose in all your endeavors!
